Birth Plan* $50

An hour-long virtual call, where we discuss your birth preferences. We will discuss the birthing environment, labor preferences, interventions, postpartum preferences, and what to expect while at your birthing location, and lastly answer any questions you may have regarding drafting your birth plan.

*Pricing is for clients not utilizing our birth doula services; this is included in our packages for doula clients.

Calm Birth Meditation $100

Calm Birth® helps the pregnant person and their support network build a profound connection with the baby, with each other, and with their world. These four inclusive meditations are ideal for any birth, from home to hospital. They are easy to use for people from all walks of life. You learn to breathe completely, absorbing vitality from the universal field energy field.
